In-stock physical products ship within 3 days. Items that need to be made can take up to 2 weeks before shipping.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Returns

Standard physical products have a 30-day return window. Customized orders are nonreturnable.

For an eligible non-defective return, Heartwood Woodshop will cover return shipping. Contact Heartwood Woodshop before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered by email after checkout. No physical item will be shipped. Digital products are nonreturnable.
